Our philosophy is grounded in the understanding that therapy is a valuable resource for everyone, though its necessity may vary depending on the season of your life. Online therapy can be an excellent fit for some individuals, while others may find it more challenging to connect in a virtual space. If you’re unsure, we can explore this together during your 15-minute consultation. It is important to us that your therapy experience is both supportive and comfortable.

We work with individuals of all ages, from adolescents to young adults and beyond, though we do not currently provide services for children. Each of our therapists brings specialized expertise in working with specific age groups and concerns. We encourage you to explore their bios to find the right fit before scheduling a consultation.
