Who we are…

Hi, I’m Kristen.

I started Wilde Counseling to create a space that feels honest, deeply human, and truly supportive.

We work with women who have carried too much for too long—women who grew up feeling unseen, learned to keep it together no matter the cost, and are now ready to honor their own experiences with compassion and care.


Our approach is rooted in somatic and attachment-focused therapy, helping you reconnect with your story, your body, and your sense of self in a way that lasts.
